Intro interview with HR

A short call with our HR to better understand your experience, background, motivation and cultural fit to Ingemark; and to answer any of your questions.

Technical Assignment (per need)

Based on the intro interview, we might ask you to tackle a technical assignment.

Technical interview

Here you’ll discuss your assignment (if you had one) and previous work experience with our tech colleagues. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask any domain-specific or
job-related questions.

Offer

We’ll lay out all the key terms of your employment at Ingemark. Including salary, perks and benefits, as well as any additional aspects of the job that are important to you.

Trial period (per offer)

In most cases, new colleagues have a 6-month trial period that allows both parties to understand if there’s a mutual fit. During the trial period, we’ll have check-in meetings with you 1 month, 3 months and 5 months after the hire.
